What We Do

Management Advisory Services (MAS) provides independent, non-assurance professional advisory services to enhance organizational functioning, governance effectiveness, strategic clarity, operational effectiveness, sustainability, and succession of client organizations.

Independence & SOCPA Compliance

MAS engagements are conducted in full compliance with SOCPA professional standards, ethical requirements, and independence safeguards. MAS is clearly segregated from assurance and statutory services and is not offered where it may impair AHS independence in assurance engagements.

Outcomes

Decision-ready governance and operating model clarity

Stronger performance management and cost discipline

Risk-aware controls, compliance posture, and sustainability

Methods of Delivery

01

Diagnostic Assessment

Stakeholder alignment, scope definition, and information gathering across governance, finance, and operations.

02

Fact-Based Analysis

Deep-dive analysis, root-cause identification, and risk/control assessment using evidence-driven methods.

03

Benchmarking & Design

Benchmarking, target operating model design, and practical recommendations tailored to your organization.

04

Roadmap & Executive Delivery

Executive-ready deliverables and phased roadmaps — without assuming management decision-making or execution.

Modus Operandi (Operating Approach)

Our Advisory Services Division operates through a structured, project-based, and evidence-driven methodology, governed by the principles below.

1) Client Needs Diagnosis

Formal diagnostic assessment: document reviews, stakeholder interviews, and benchmarking against Saudi regulations and international best practices.

Clear scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria defined through an approved engagement letter.

2) Independence and Safeguards

Engagements are screened to ensure no conflict with assurance assignments.

Management responsibility remains with the client; AHS provides recommendations and advisory opinions — not executive decision-making.

3) Methodological Rigor

Use of recognized frameworks (e.g., COSO, OECD governance principles, IFRS-aligned financial models, PMI-style project governance).

Fact-based analysis, documented assumptions, and transparent methodologies.

4) Collaborative Delivery

Coordination with leadership through workshops, steering committees, and periodic progress reporting.

Where relevant, coordination with other AHS service lines while maintaining ethical walls.

5) Practical Implementation Focus

Recommendations are translated into actionable roadmaps, policies, tools, and capacity-building sessions.

Optional implementation support may be provided without assuming operational control.
